Our operations are anchored in Spring Creek, a quintessential Florida fishing village that infuses old-world charm into our modern aquaculture practices. The juxtaposition of Spring Creek's traditional ambiance with the cutting-edge restorative aquaculture techniques forms the unique fabric of our oyster farming.

It's important to have confidence in the mindful growing, cafeful handling and secure logistics when it comes to buying oysters. We are both authorized growers and certified processors, providing complete control over the most important component in the logistics chain - from the water to the Purveyor. Our tech based methods then track shipments and monitor the temperature of the oysters from pickup to dropoff in compliance with the Global Dialogue on Seafood Traceabilty 1.2 standard.
