Cypress Point Oysters

The name says it all. These little guys are super sweet and suculent. At arount two inches, they are the perfect coctail oyster - Plump, flavorful and briney with a nice cup and buttery finish. They are raised on our farm in the Apalachee Bay (Wakulla County, Florida).

Little Honeys

SMALL COHORTS , LOW DENSITY, HIGH TOUCH

The perfect halfshell oyster - fleshy but on the smaller side. Approximately 2 1/2 inches long with a medium salty taste - Nicely cupped. Finish is neutral. Grown in Apalachee Bay from Florida Gulf brood-stock.

Otter's Choice

"Summer Salts" are meaty, full sized oysters with a deep cup - 3 inches or larger with a medium salty taste. Usually only around in the summer months. These are our most savory oysters with a sea-breeze finish. Grown in Apalachee Bay from Florida Gulf brood-stock.
